We currently have a vacancy for a Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse in Buckinghamshire. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £24 per hour depending on experience.
 

Duties Include -
-Managing a caseload of service users with complex substance misuse needs.
-Liaising with other Drug and Alcohol associated services.
- Key-working clients who are under the GP Shared Care Scheme, issuing prescriptions for Methadone and Suboxone and other prescriptions.

- Comprehensive assessments to new clients referred from the DIP Team and drop-ins.

- Liaising with the DIP Team, Probation, Social Services and other appropriate services .

Requirements -

All applicants must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a live pin. You must have previous experience within a Substance Misuse setting.
