Substance Misuse Worker– Bedfordshire

Our client has a vacancy for a Substance Misuse Worker based in Bedfordshire. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £15 Ltd per hour.

Duties Include -
 -To undertake screening interviews with young people to ascertain their involvement in substance use and associated risk factors (including volatile substances, alcohol and drugs).
-To prepare a tailored package of interventions to every young offender comprising information, education, advice and where appropriate onward referral for young people in the area of substance misuse.
-To lead within youth offending teams on developing interventions with young people who are using substances.

 Requirements -
You must have at least two years experience within Substance Misuse to apply for this role. An in-date CRB will also be required. All applicants Must have experience in substance misuse recovery and criminal justice experience is desirable.
